We are heavily invested in residential for the past 20 odd years and have ventured into commercial early this year, although we now realise we probably didn’t considered all aspects.We have devoured your book “How investing in commercial property really works”. We are currently looking at a number of Self Storage properties for sale and finding difficulty in valuing them from an asset and business perspective. We’d love your to share your view on these.

My father has a shopping centre with rents dropping off considerably.
Tenants are hard to come by, would you be able to offer assistance to restore rental income to those of recent times.
